“Reveal the poetry that surrounds us
Making the invisible visible
Free yourself and find your own light
This is my quest as an artist
Creating allows me to show my own perspective to bear witness to the Beauty present in everything, even the most trivial. My universe sails between dream and reality, evoking the memory of an emotion or the imprint of a fleeting moment. Between a told story and a suggested story, my works deliberately cultivate a degree of vagueness and leave the “viewer” with their share of freedom.
On the painting side, my canvases are so many open windows, soothing “bubbles” revealing what moves me and the poetry that surrounds us. My gardens of Eden, between gardens, parks and greenhouses, evoke the abundant and luminous nature which amazes me.
On the sculpture side, 3D allows me to express my passion for horses. From the living, tactile earth comes the outline of a movement, the evocation of an attitude, the lightness of a fragment, testifying both to the strength of the animal and its great sensitivity. I like to think of my sculptures as small pieces of archeology weathered by time and full of history, which have come down to us like a treasure…”
